من عيسى بن علي الموسى الرياض يقول: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته وبعد: سماحة الشيخ عبد العزيز بن عبد الله بن باز! تحية إكرام لكم.
وبعد:
أريد أن أعرض سؤالي هذا وهو يتعلق بالصلاة، أنا دخلت والإمام راكع في الهواء، ثم كبرت تكبيرة الإحرام والإمام راكع، فرفع قبل أن أركع معه، هل أدركت الصلاة أم لا وفقكم الله؟
الجواب
إذا دخل الإنسان والإمام راكع ثم كبر تكبيرة الإحرام ثم رفع الإمام قبل أن يهوي للركوع، قبل أن يستوي راكعا، فإنه قد فاتته الركعة لا يدركها، إنما يدركها إذا استوى راكعا قبل أن يرفع، يعني: إذا انحدر راكعا قبل أن يرفع إمامه يكون أدركها ولو ما سبح إلا بعد ذلك، أما إذا كبر للإحرام ثم رفع الإمام قبل أن يستوي راكعا فإنه يعتبر غير مدرك لهذه الركعة بل يقضيها. نعم.
المقدم: لكن في هذه الحالة ألم يدخل في الصلاة مع ... ؟
الشيخ: دخل في الصلاة لكن ما ركع، فاته الركوع، فاته الركوع. نعم.

Isa ibn Ali al-Musa of Riyadh says: Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. Esteemed Shaykh Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd Allah ibn Baz, respectful greetings. I wish to put to you a question concerning prayer: I entered while the imam was bowing and said the opening takbir while he was still bowing, but he rose before I bowed with him. Have I caught the prayer? May Allah grant you success.
Answer
If someone enters while the imam is bowing and says the opening takbir, but the imam rises before he goes down and settles into bowing, he has missed that rakah and has not caught it. He catches it only if he settles into bowing before the imam rises. In other words, if he bows before his imam rises, he has caught it even if he says the glorification only afterwards. But if he says the opening takbir and the imam rises before he settles into bowing, he is considered not to have caught that rakah and must make it up. Yes.
