Original question

He (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about a man from whose penis pus discharges without stopping: is his prayer valid while this is discharging? Please give us a ruling, and may you be rewarded.

Answer

It is not permissible for him to leave off prayer; rather, he prays according to his ability. If the discharge of impurity does not stop for long enough to perform wudu and pray, he performs wudu and prays as his condition permits, even if impurity comes out during the prayer. However, he uses a pad to prevent the impurity from spreading. Allah knows best.
