أما المسافر فيفطر باتفاق المسلمين، وإن لم يكن عليه مشقة، والفطر له أفضل، وإن صام جاز عند أكثر العلماء.

Original question
He, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked about someone travelling in Ramadan who experiences no hunger, thirst or fatigue: which is better for him, fasting or breaking the fast?
Answer
As for the traveller, he may break the fast by the agreement of the Muslims, even if he experiences no hardship. Breaking the fast is better for him, though if he fasts, it is valid according to most scholars.
Some of them say that it does not discharge his obligation.
