Selected explanation

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and there is no power nor strength except through Allah. As for His statement, Exalted is He, “O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself,” it contains two major questions, each with subdivisions and branches. The first concerns the oppression that Allah has forbidden for Himself and denied of Himself in His statements: “We did not wrong them”; “Your Lord wrongs no one”; “Your Lord is not unjust to His servants”; “Allah does not wrong [anyone] by an atom’s weight; and if it is a good deed, He multiplies it”; and: “Say: The enjoyment of this world is little, and the Hereafter is better for whoever is mindful of Allah, and you will not be wronged by as much as the thread of a date stone.”
